Part-Time, Temporary Job Announcement: Program Coordinator

The Yolo Healthy Aging Alliance, a non-profit whose mission is to enhance the well-being of older adults in Yolo County through Education, Collaboration and Advocacy, is seeking a part-time, temporary employee beginning after July 1, 2017. Contract will run through December 31, 2017 with the possibility of extension. Salary is $27.00 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Job Description:
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for implementation of grant agreements and Yolo Healthy Aging Alliance (YHAA) programs, as directed by the Executive Director. Duties include assisting with development of grants, and supporting meetings, programs and initiatives of YHAA. An ideal candidate would have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to effectively manage meetings and make presentations to our board, experience working within a budget and a background involving work with diverse groups of people, including older adults and persons with disabilities. Advocacy and outreach experience is also desirable. Must have own vehicle with insurance and valid driver’s license.
