Job Description
Yolo Healthy Aging Alliance (YHAA) is seeking an organized program coordinator to join our passionate team in our mission of enhancing the wellbeing of older adults in Yolo County through education, collaboration, and advocacy. They will be coordinating a number of programs, including the following:

Senior Technology Assistance & Resources program

Yolo Mobile Meals for Healthy Aging
-
Health fairs
-
Emergency preparedness outreach

MAIN DUTIES OF THE PROGRAM COORDINATOR
-
Coordinate the planning and operations of the YHAA programs and complete various program administrative responsibilities.

Coordinate and participate in the development and execution of YHAA programs, committees, events and activities.

Coordinate the phone system and interact professionally with program participants, the public, Board Members, various agencies representatives, and officials.

Coordinate and prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, and reports.

Track and maintain comprehensive and accurate program income and expenses in Quickbooks and work collaboratively with bookkeepers for grant billing.

Coordinate YHAA grant outcome reports, liaising with funding agencies.

Maintain personnel records and ensure all employees are up to date for any licenses, certifications, etc.

Manage listservs
-
Monitor and order office and program supplies.

Attend staff meetings, workshops, and training as appropriate.

Other duties as assigned.
Job Details
$25 per hour
20-30 hours per week
Work site is hybrid: both remote and in the office.
REQUIREMENTS

Must be highly organized

Must have digital skills and experience, including proficiency with the following:

Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Zoom
-
Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar

Must have own transportation because work responsibilities can require travel throughout Yolo County.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Must comply with security and health policies of the organization including Covid-19 immunization
-
Must be able to present programs and lead meetings via Zoom and in person.
PREFERRED
● Minimum one year of program experience
● Has an understanding of aging issues, cultural competency and awareness of issues related to aging in rural areas
● Bilingual/Spanish speaking
